I heard the crystal fall

Last night, sleep was restless.

I found myself turning over again and again, unable to fully settle. Eventually, I moved the crystals from my bedside—and only then did my body soften. (That’s a story for another time.)

But what happened next is what stayed with me.

I heard something fall.

It hit the floor with that familiar sound.

Then I heard it again.

And a third time.

Now it wasn’t just restlessness keeping me awake—it was curiosity. What had fallen? And why? There was also a quiet concern… whatever it was, I didn’t want someone stumbling over it in the dark or come morning.

I got up to check. There was nothing there. No trace. No explanation. And yet—I was certain I had heard it.

The rest of the night was quiet.

What revealed Itself in the morning

In the morning, I looked again.

This time, I checked under the bed.

There it was.

A crystal.

How it got there… I couldn’t say.

Unsolved mystery

Did it fall from the stars?

More likely, it had been caught in the folds of a blanket and slipped free as everything shifted in the night.

But the ordinary explanation didn’t take anything away from the experience.

There were still the other two sounds.
Still the timing.
Still the feeling of something wanting to be noticed.

One thing was clear:

This crystal had my attention.

Even it's name held a mystery

This playful stone being is what I call a Light Bud.

They first came to me under the name Azeztulite. But I later understood that Azeztulite refers specifically to stones from South Carolina. These—while the same geological composition—come from Arizona.

There is a longer story here, if you feel called to it.

They also once shared a song—a message.

I revisited it this morning, and I was grateful I did. The crystals have a way of teaching the same truth in new ways each time you return.

Now it's singing a new song

When I sat with the crystal this morning, a simple message came through:

These stones assist in connecting with the star people. They support the transmission of messages from them.

And alongside that… something wider.
A reminder that feels important to name:

The messages that come through crystals can be beautiful and true—even when they differ.

Two people can sit with the same stone and receive entirely different insights.

Not as contradiction.

But as expansion.

This is why you can open five different books and find five different meanings for the same crystal. There are shared threads, of course.

Rose quartz, for example, is often connected to the heart. To love. And yet—each individual rose quartz carries its own presence. Its own voice. Its own way of meeting you.

So if you pick up a rose quartz and it speaks to something beyond love…That isn’t wrong. It’s simply more.

There is always more.

More than what is written.
More than what has already been channeled.
More than what has been agreed upon.
More than what has been named.

As if it fell from the stars

Be open to the magic—no matter how it arrives.

Whether it comes through something that seems ordinary… like a crystal slipping from a blanket in the night. Or something that feels otherworldly

… as if it fell from the stars.

The magic is not less in one, nor greater in the other.

And be open, too, to all that the crystals have to offer. If you pick up a Light Bud, perhaps you’ll hear from the star people. But perhaps…You’ll hear from something far more unexpected.

An earthworm.
A passing thought.

Or what you might consider the least mysterious voice of all—

Your own.
