The Song

Before something new can be created, something old must be released—must break away. New boundaries must be set. 

Realizing and renewing your new energy pattern.

When you have a shift in consciousness—when something happens in your life or in your heart that is so powerful and profound that you are no longer the same as you were in the moment before—a change also happens in your energy field. 

The old blueprint of your life is redesigned and the physical structure of your body must adjust to align with the new plan.

A physical change does happen whether you are aware of it or not. You may see that change reflected by a change in your life—a new job, a new home, a relationship ends, a crystal breaks.

The broken crystal is one who has chosen to transform with you. To change its form as you have changed yours. 

It can be a shock initially.

Breathe through it. 

Then celebrate what is to come. Even if you don’t know what that may be.
