THE VIOLET RAY IN CRYSTALS

When the violet ray manifests in crystal form it combines the properties of the crystal with the energy of this crown chakra colour of spirit.

Violet brings together the Blue and Red in equal proportions. It represents heaven on earth. The Red provides the grounding of the Divine blueprint, or of our own higher intentions. Violet is a colour of balance. In a balanced state, Violet is a sign of great wholeness. Violet is the colour of attunement and connection with the higher self. It helps us to know what it is that we are here for. Violet is spirituality. It is our personal connection to heaven. It is the transcendence of the physical and the earthly, and the connection with the Akashic realms. This is the colour of ritual, magic, mystery and mysticism. Violet is one of the higher vibrational frequency colours. It has the shortest wavelength of the colours in the visible spectrum of light and it is the most calming. Violet is cleansing and purifying. Violet is deep healing. It is the morphine of colours, soothing the pains of body and spirit. Its energy has the potential to soothe sores and wounds on many levels. Violet represents the end of a cycle, the colour of renewal and regrowth.Within Violet is a great strength. Violet is connected with royalty and authority.

Violet is the colour of the seventh chakra, the crown. Seven is a number of magic. There are seven chakras, seven bodies from the physical to the subtle, seven notes on a major scale, seven colours in the rainbow, seven wonders of the world, the seventh child is often seen to have special gifts, the body of many restores itself every seven years and we speak of the seventh heaven. The Amethyst stone is the crystallization of the Violet energy and has the function of restoring things to their natural state.
