When our foundation crumbles, crystals can help build it back up

Life is change.
But each transition meets with resistance.
We don’t want things to change. We like the stability. We like the security of knowing what to expect. We depend on the people in our lives to always be there.
And when a relationship ends, it is painful.
When we start a new career or a business, it is overwhelming at first.
When we leave our home and move to a new home or a new country, we feel unsettled and ungrounded.
When we lose a loved one, we suffer tremendous pain.
Sometimes it comes all at once
And sometimes life does not wait for us to get over one loss before it brings another one. Sometimes change happens all at once. We are not allowed the time to catch our breath and grab onto something to hold on to so we don’t float away. Because our entire foundation crumbles all around us and we are left feeling untethered, disconnected and so lost.
But the universe doesn’t make mistakes and if it is dismantling our lives, it is because we are being given an opportunity to create something new. To rebuild a new structure. One that is a custom fit.
It is in these times that I like to call on the crystals.
Masters of Creation
The crystals are masters of creation, of manifestation, of restructuring, of grand transformation, and of staying whole when the entire earth shifts around them. They have withstood every test in time. They were born in the molten fires. The formed while the earth was shaking. And they have the most solid, harmonious, beautiful forms on earth.
If we call on them, they will come forward to help us get through the initial shock of the transition and to ease the intensity of the pain. Then they will help us to rebuild our lives in a way that honours our highest purpose. Because along with all those things we already mentioned, they are also mirrors. They can show us who we are and when we know that, we will have clarity and direction.
Crystal Soul Mates
There are many crystals who can help us, but one who can take us on the most profound paths to change is the Soul Journey Stone.
Sometimes we meet another being who we connect so deeply with on a soul level, that we know that the Universe sent them to us. We call them soul mates. We can have crystal soul mates too. Stone beings who are sent to us to journey through some extraordinary transformation. These “soul journey stones” will come to us in the right, perfect moment and we shift on such a deep level, that we will be forever changed. We will not even remember what life was like before—who we were before.

Rebuilding the foundation
Jasper is a beautiful stone to call on as we create our new foundation. It can bring us strength and stamina when rebuilding our life feels overwhelming. The Dragon Bones, can be especially helpful with that.
Crystal Shells and Pearls are beautiful stone allies to call on when we are recreating our new life. They are literally made of the energy of “home”. Nacre, the composition of pearl, is an indestructible material, with a soft, ethereal facade. Their unexplainable strength has scientists perplexed. They have Divine strength—after they are what heaven’s gates are made of. They can help smooth out the bumps that we will no doubt face.
Another beautiful being to call on is Preselli Bluestone, a very hard stone, used in the building of Stone Henge, a structure that endures thousands of years later.
