Shungite - generates a vortex of detoxifying and purifying energy, filtering away any unhealthy energies and strengthening us to deflect any new toxins from coming into our personal field. Shungite helps us put up healthy boundaries.
Bloodstone - is a stone of stamina. It connects us to our body through our heart and our blood so that we can maintain rhythm and balance. It connects us to our ancestors so that we will feel their loving and nurturing presence.
Obsidian blade - cuts, with ease and finality, any etheric strands that may otherwise keep us attached to old patterns we thought we released long ago. This sharp, reflective stone shows us how to ease the grief of loss that rises within us even when we are releasing something we don't want.
Bytownite - opens a window into the past allowing us to see the cause of what haunts us so that we can understand the need for it to be released. This crystal's golden energy takes us to the centre of our will, helping us stay the course of our fast in strength.
Rhodochrosite - is a stone of self love. We need to show ourselves some tenderness and compassion as we are letting go of the old to make space for what we need in the now.
