PREPARING YOUR CRYSTALS
Each crystal packaged with care and respect.  They are sent off in a ceremony of sound and lovingly wrapped with lavender and dried flowers to cushion their journey.

FOR MY CUSTOMERS DOWNUNDER, please note that Customs does not permit me to send the lavendar and flowers. Your crystals are sprinkled with Fairy Dust (which is actually tiny silvery sparkly specks of Pyrite)!


SHIPPING
Shipping rates are based on weight and reflect the cost of shipping, packaging materials and a very small handling fee, which does not account for the time and care that goes into preparing the stones for shipment.  Packages are shipped out within 3 business days of receipt of payment.  If you need to get your package in a rush, let me know and I can provide a rate to have it sent express.

Since many of my customers are in the U.S., I feel I should mention that I am located in Canada and, as it is at the moment, Canadian shipping rates are not as competitive as U.S. shipping rates.  But, alas, I continue to search for the most competitive rates possible.  I was shipping regular airmail with Canada Post for a while which was a little less expensive, but packages were taking up to 3 weeks to arrive and delivery was not always reliable.  I was constantly hearing from my customers looking for their packages.  So I decided to try a different service with tracking.  It was only a few dollars more and it is much more reliable and packages arrive much faster.  My customers are much happier with the service now.

Please understand that with the high and unstable cost of fuel these days, prices have been affected - products as well as shipping.  I remain open to discovering new and improved shipping services for my customers, with the focus of getting your packages to you as safely and reliably as possible and at the lowest possible rates.

Those who shop at Song of Stones, do so because of the quality of the offerings and the excellent customer service.  The testament to that is the many customers who return to shop at Song of Stones many times over.  The crystals and stones are cared for with love and respect and this is reflected in their energy.  Each is valued and treated according to its unique needs, as are each one of my customers. I offer detailed descriptions of each of the crystals and stones and many pictures. I also share openly and with pleasure, as much information as possible on the metaphysical properties of the stones as well as about working with crystals in general.  Please keep this in mind when you are making your decision about whether to shop at Song of Stones.

U.S. SHIPPING - CUSTOMS FEES
Please note that shipments sent into the U.S. from Canada may be subject to Duty and Taxes.  It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any U.S. Duty, Taxes or other Customs fees.  Please check with U.S. Customs for further details. 


GIFT WRAPPING
If you are buying stones for someone as a gift, I offer gift wrapping services, including a card with a personalized message.

WITHIN CANADA: 1 to 3 business days.
TO THE U.S.: 4 to 10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: 6 to 10 business days.


GUARANTEE
It is important that you are happy with your crystal or stone.  If for any reason you are not happy with your crystal, stone or any other item you purchased (unless otherwise stated in the individual listing), just let me know within a few days of receiving it and I will gladly take it back (in original condition).  I am not able to refund shipping costs at present.  I want you to have a good experience.  Please let me know if there is anything that will make your experience a more positive one!
