Wands conjure the symbolism of magic in our imaginations simply by their very mention.  They come in all shapes and sizes and all materials, from a simple wooden stick to elaborately designed scepters of gold and silver encrusted with jewels.  Many times, wands are created with crystals, be it in their natural forms, or polished.  There are some crystals that are by the very nature of their shape, considered to be and named "wands".  Song of Stones gathers together wands of all types here for you ... we never know what will come to be here, it really depends on  you.  The wand appears to the one who needs it at the time that it is needed and in the form which is needed ... such is the way of the wand.
